We Have A Winner!!

Congrats, 1Lavishone! You won the TWILIGHT BASKET OF EPIC PROPORTIONS! (Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating slightly. Rob is not included therefore I suppose it could be better...)

Anyway, we are SUPER DUPER excited to bestow our goodies onto our new BFF/Partner-In-Vegas-Crime, 1Lavishone. In order to get to know the lady behind the twitter we asked her a few hard-hitting questions:

1. If you had to name one thing about the Twific Meet Up that made you decide to sign up, what was it?

Wow, one's tough for me to choose. I guess I would have to say the opportunity to meet and talk to other readers and writers were really the driving force. Also, meeting people from my t/l and hanging out in Vegas made the Twific Meet Up irresistible!

2. What do you hope to get out of the experience?

I hope to meet other Fandom people, specifically writers and readers of Twific to discuss stories and to see where, as the movie cycle ends, they see themselves in the Fandom and what other books/stories/writers they have an interest in sharing.

3. What is your favorite genre of Twilight FanFiction?

I don't know that I have a specific genre. I love canon stories for the exploration of themes and ideas that Stephenie Meyer didn't write and I've found some really great stories under the AU/AH category. I'm also an avid reader of slash. I guess you could say that I'm a sucker for a good story- regardless of POV or genre.

4. Do you have an all-time favorite fic? Would you be willing to pimp it out right here and now?? ;-)

Oh, I have an amazing list of fabulous fics that I really love. I was chatting the other day on twitter about fics that have really held up. Of course Wide Awake by AngstGoddess003 was mentioned as well as Art After 5 by SleepyValentina. One that comes to mind for me is "The Screamers". In my view, it is hands-down the best Edward meets Rob story out there. KiyaRaven had me rolling on the floor (literally) with her descriptions. Really though, there are SO MANY incredible writers and stories. I could likely list about 300 stories that I loved for whatever reason. I'm answering this during my lunch break, so I'm not able to get the list ready for you at this moment...

5. Do you have bail money?

I don't have bail money per se. I do have a credit card if I get into trouble and my BIL is an attorney. Most likely though, I'll probably just laugh and have a great time meeting everyone. I hope some peeps like to dance!

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer our questions! We hope you enjoy your goodies. They're on the wayyyy!!!

Do you want to air your dirty Twific laundry on our blog? Send us an email about yourself (and a pic if you're brave enough) with the subject line: Attendee Spotlight. Feel free to use the questions above if you can't think of anything to write. That happens to me a lot. Okay, shutting up now. WE LOVE YOU!
